Processing Times

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons.

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping: arrives in 4-12 business days. Free on all orders in the US.

  • International Shipping: arrives in 7–21 business days. Free on all flat rate shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Revv Room is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes. All charges that occur after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Revv Room is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or reach out to us so we can help you file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
